FOUNDATION REAL ESTATE ADVISORS completes 64 industrial leases for retail giant Wal-Mart

Foundation Real Estate Advisors announced today the completion of their final 2010 transaction for retail giant Wal-Mart.  Over the past eight months, Foundation completed 64 transactions in 14 states with an average size of 45,000 SF. 

 

Foundation helped Wal-Mart overcome numerous obstacles during this project. Wal-Mart’s greatest problem was the large number of leases to complete in an extremely concentrated amount of time.  As Wal-Mart’s single point of contact, Foundation streamlined Wal-Mart’s leasing process. Foundation’s process oriented approach achieved efficient results and desirable lease transactions.
