FOUNDATION REAL ESTATE ADVISORS negotiates lease expansion for Infosys Technologies Ltd in Bentonville, AR

Foundation Real Estate Advisors successfully completed a key lease expansion for Infosys Technologies in Bentonville, AR.  Faced with a rapidly growing demand for space, Infosys needed a solution to serve new incoming business.  With several years remaining on their lease and only one remaining vacancy in the building, they needed a solution that would preserve existing operations while serving the expansion.  Complicating matters was the fact that the expansion space was already under lease negotiations between two other prospective lessees in a very small market with few alternatives.  Foundation’s team directly engaged the building owner and clearly demonstrated the benefit of serving Infosys as an existing client.  Lease terms were quickly negotiated and the space secured.  Foundation’s quick action and focus bypassed the ordinary leasing process and yielded a positive result.
