FOUNDATION REAL ESTATE ADVISORS completes lease extension for The Energy Coalition

Foundation Real Estate Advisors announced today that negotiations were concluded on behalf of The Energy Coalition for premises at Palm Court in Irvine Spectrum owned by The Irvine Company.  Palm Court was one of several buildings considered over several months of negotiations, and was selected on the basis of outstanding economics and location.  Foundation represented the tenant in the transaction. 

 

The Energy Coalition is a non-profit organization that works with communities, businesses, and consumers to help them identify their individual energy needs and usage patterns in an effort to develop plans that will achieve appreciable energy savings.
