FOUNDATION REAL ESTATE ADVISORS completes lease extension for Claims Verification in Newport Beach, CA

Foundation Real Estate Advisors announces successful negotiations were concluded on behalf of Claims Verification, Inc. for premises at Newport Corporate Tower in Newport Beach.  The transaction effectively addressed the firm’s desire to remain in Newport Beach, while minimizing downtime during the busiest time of the year.  Two other locations were strongly considered but could not match the overall benefits of the current location, both economic and intangible. 

 

Claims Verification is based in Fort Lauderdale, FL with operations across the United States.  The specializes in insurance fraud investigation and is one of the largest independent investigation firms serving the insurance industry exclusively.
