FOUNDATION REAL ESTATE ADVISORS completes lease for Michel Financial Group at Segerstrom Tower

Foundation Real Estate Advisors represented Michel Financial Group in the acquisition of a new 4,913 square foot leased premises in Costa Mesa.  This location represents the firm’s official expansion into Orange County, which held very specific geographic and aesthetic considerations that needed to be accomplished within a very close time frame.  The lease included a substantial amount of high-end furniture that was not required by the former tenant. Michel Financial’s Orange County representative, Sarah Axt, reported that the firm is “absolutely thrilled” with their new location.
