FOUNDATION REAL ESTATE ADVISORS closes lease transaction for World Financial Group

Foundation Real Estate Advisors assisted World Financial in successfully completing lease negotiations for a new location in South County.  After nearly 8 months of planning and negotiations with as many as four locations in Lake Forest, Irvine, and Laguna Hills, the new facility is described as a “perfect fit” for the client.  Of key consideration was Foundation’s ability to obtain building top signage facing the I-5 freeway at no additional cost to the tenant, as well as a large conference facility and separate staff entrance.  World Financial’s president, Sean Ragland, stated “The space is absolutely perfect and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome.”
