FOUNDATION REAL ESTATE ADVISORS finalizes 32,000 SF lease for Infosys Technologies, Ltd. in Fremont, CA

Foundation Real Estate Advisors announced Tuesday the completion of a 32,000 square foot lease transaction for Infosys Technologies that serves as an important step in the client’s consolidation of west coast operations.  The Fremont location provides key Bay-Area support while maintaining favorable geographic proximity to the firm’s clients.  Consolidated operations will include development and data facilities supporting both client- and company-centric applications, with hosting shared between the firm’s Plano and Boston facilities. 

 

Infosys Technologies is a $4BB (US) technology consulting and software development firm based in Bangalore, India, with offices throughout the globe.  Foundation served as the real estate transaction coordinator and consultant.  Local real estate services were provided by CB Richard Ellis under the management of Foundation’s principals.
