FOUNDATION REAL ESTATE ADVIORS facilitates the expansion of Crown Valley Imaging in Mission Viejo, CA

Foundation Real Estate Advisors announced Monday the successful acquisition of additional premises for Crown Valley Imaging, LLC, a regional medical imaging center specializing in MRI, CT, and ultrasound imagery.  The move nearly doubles the facility’s footprint to 9,100 square feet, and provides strategic positioning for the center for the next 10 years. 

 

The complex transaction required nearly 18 months of negotiation and coordination between Foundation, the client, landlord, and city officials, with Foundation’s representatives coordinating the entire process, including obtaining a Conditional Use Permit from the City of Mission Viejo. 

 

Crown Valley Imaging’s director, MaryKatherine Kuner, commented, “This move is an exciting time for us and demonstrates our commitment to providing the highest quality medical imagery in South Orange County.  We could have never accomplished this project without the expert assistance of Jeff Lerch and the entire Foundation team.”

 

Crown Valley Imaging is a full-service medical imaging center located at 27401 Los Altos Drive in the city of Mission Viejo.  The center originally opened in 2002 under the leadership of Dr. Telal Beydoun, who continues to act as President and Principal.
