FOUNDATION REAL ESTATE ADVISORS, INC. announced today the successful completion of an office acquisition in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.  The transaction serves as the most recent in a string of transactions performed by Foundation throughout Latin America in recent months.  Foundation's growing international expertise streamlined the process for their client in negotiations, design, and implementation.  Foundation's President, Jeff Lerch, commented, "Negotiating in Latin America can be difficult given the difference in culture and business styles, as well as the relative lack of real estate information.  Our local partners are important in this regard and are key to our continued success in serving our clients."
