FOUNDATION REAL ESTATE ADVISORS helps ophthalmology group renew lease in Huntington Beach, CA
FOUNDATION REAL ESTATE ADVISORS, INC. announces the successful completion of a 9,000 SF medical office lease renewal in Huntington Beach, CA for Clarity Eye Group. The transaction process was started nearly one year prior in order to provide Clarity Eye with the options needed to make a quality objective decision regarding their real estate. Foundation presented Clarity with three quality options, but in the end the firm chose to renew their lease. Dr. Vicken Karageozian of Clarity Eye commented, "Thank you for all the hard work on getting the concessions from the landlord."
