FOUNDATION REAL ESTATE ADVISORS completes medical office purchase for local physical therapy clinic
FOUNDATION REAL ESTATE ADVISORS, INC. announces the close of escrow today of a 9,000 square foot medical office condominium for Tri Star Medical in Santa Ana, CA. The purchase right was originally negotiated as an option for Tri Star in a lease agreement several months previously. Foundation's creative negotiation efforts enabled the client to complete the purchase at favorable terms. However, it was the diligence and knowledge of Foundation's team that overcame several critical hurdles throughout the transaction. Tri Star President, Mike Barri, stated, "We could have never done this without your help. Your knowledge of real estate was important in so many ways. Thanks to you we can now invest in our future instead of just paying rent."
