FOUNDATION REAL ESTATE ADVISORS Completes New Lease Acquisition in Bentonville, AR

FOUNDATION REAL ESTATE ADVISORS, INC. has successfully completed the acquisition of a key office facility for Infosys Technologies, Ltd in Bentonville, Arkansas. The facility provides development support for Wal-Mart, and is an important factor for the continued services in this relationship. Infosys Technologies is a $4BB (US) technology consulting and software development firm based in Bangalore, India, with offices throughout the globe. Foundation served as the real estate transaction coordinator and consultant. Local real estate services were provided by Colliers International.
